We want you happy with what turns up. Unopened products in their original packaging can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and which items you want to send back. We'll write straight back with the return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once the returned items reach us and we've checked them over, we refund the original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping isn't refunded unless the return is down to our mistake.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products can't be returned unless they showed up damaged or faulty. If something arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
