Reading the label
Every product lists its total cannabinoid in milligrams and the bottle volume. Divide the milligrams by the volume in millilitres and you've got the per-millilitre strength shown on the product page.
Taking a sublingual oil
Give the bottle a shake. Use the dropper to put your measured amount under the tongue, hold it there for about 60 seconds, then swallow.
Storage
Keep the bottle shut, out of direct sunlight and heat, and out of reach of children and pets.
